The Shocker XL horns-only kit (part number AH-S4) supplies the four fiberglass-reinforced ABS bells, 1/2-inch stainless steel electric valve, airline, and fittings. Zach paired the horns with a compact 150 PSI onboard air system tucked under the hood, feeding the bells via a 110 PSI restart switch so every blast is consistent. Because the kit is modular, each bell can be positioned for the best clearance on the rack.

The different bell lengths—19.5, 16.25, 14.75, and 12.75 inches—deliver the rich four-note chord that defines the Shocker XL. Zach aimed the bells forward to cut through traffic noise while keeping the rack usable for luggage, blending safety with style on this classic Super Beetle.
