Jesus Christ! I got the horns on Friday like you said and did not start putting them on until Saturday. I just finished the install about an hour ago. Let me paint you a picture. I've been working on this setup for about 4 hours now in the driveway. My wife is cleaning under the hood of her restored Nova and my kid is playing at a neighbors and another neighbor is doing yard work across the street. I'm under the bed of my Dodge on a creeper trying to figure out why the solenoid will not open. Perhaps my big mistake was using a On/Off Toggle switch opposed to the momentary switch you recommended. I notice a bad Ground connection on one side of the valve so I re-crimp the spade to it. HOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK! Well I seemed to have left the Toggle switch in the "on" position so when I fixed the ground the horns signaled. Well needless to say I got out from under that truck real fast, the only thing I could hear over the ringing in my ears was my wife cussing because the sound made her jump and hit her head on the hood of the Nova. My neighbors across the street came running over and my dog was no where to be found. I can't tell you how happy I was because of all this. I truly cannot believe how loud and authentic these horns sound. I really thought you were jerking my chain when you told me about them. I was wrong. As the swelling bump/egg on my wife's head grows I can only thank you for my new favorite toy. After telling my immediate family this morning about what had happened everyone came over after church to hear the horns in person.
I can't wait to show the guys at work tomorrow. Thank you again for all of your help and the care you took in handling my horns. Feel free to put this letter up on your website with the others! - James F.

I installed your train horns on my peterbilt 330, which is a small version, bigger than a pick-up, smaller than the extra large semi. You advised me to use the trucks air supply rather than purchasing the compressor as I did with my dodge. You can't fucken believe it! I was traveling perpendicular on highway forty-nine to a train over pass and saw an Amtrak train, I blew my horn twice and the engineer blew back twice, his co-pilot gave an enthusiastic high five. I am having a blast, no pun intended. The communication with the train was an A+, but having rude people try to cut me of is rewarding knowing that they have to clean the shit out of their pants when finished.

Hi Mathew,
I finally had the time to install the Train Horns in my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that I purchased from you. I installed them right off the frame down below the grill on two L-brackets. I installed the compresser off the frame near the rear door on the drivers side.
I thought they were going to be loud.........but they just blew me away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BIG sound for a BIG TRUCK...Thats the way it ought to be.

Hello,
Just wanted to let you know I received the kit last Friday afternoon as you promised. I did not waste anytime and installed it that night. To say that I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT! These horns kick severe ass! I wish I had a camera with me to show you the reaction of the first guy who walked out in front of my Excursion and got to FEEL the horns full effect. I am sure he had to was his underwear twice to get the stains out. You description of everything was VERY accurate and appreciated.
