It is a complete kit with everything needed to get up and honking.

With a 1.5-gallon tank at 120 PSI, the 127H kit typically provides about 4–5 seconds of continuous honk time. The compressor refills the tank from 90 to 120 PSI in around 35 seconds and from 0 to 120 PSI in about 2 minutes 10 seconds, giving Josh a good balance between strong blasts and reasonable recovery time for regular use.
