United StatesThe actual speaker is loud but you cat hear it inside your car with the windows up. I drive a 6.0 powerstroke so the engine itself is loud but if you have the windows down you can hear it. I dont know if this helps with giving a description of gow loud it is but the five stars are for its loudness. Install is super easy especially compared to the musical horn. The box that has the switches is VERY big. Findijg a spit for it is a bit difficult. 100% wouod by again
