Outlaw 228h Horns

I received a sponsorship with Hornblasters back in December, they worked very quickly to get my horns shipped to me even with some issues on my end! Upon receiving the horn kit, everything I needed to get them in working condition came in the kit, didn’t need any extras, very easy installation and Tyler was very helpful with all my questions! These horns are very loud I 10/10 recommend!

Can it be wired to my steering wheel horn or does it require its own special button/switch?

Hello, This can be wired directly to your steering wheel but a included button can be used to honk also. Instructions on how to do both are included in your kit.

Hello, Yes these could be mounted in a sedan, it might be tight for space but around the engine bay is a great place, I would recommend something smaller like our flatlaws for a easier fit as these outlaws are a bit big for this fitment.

My compressor won’t turn on, I changed the air valve and still nothing. What else could it be?

You could have a bad pressure switch. The air valve just controls the flow of air to the horn itself. You can bypass the pressure switch and connect the compressor itself directly to a battery. The compressor is connected directly to the pressure switch. You will need to disconnect it in order to test directly to the battery.

Will I need to remove my spare tire for this horn I have a keep gladiator rubicon.

You don't need to remove the spare tire for this horn but removing it does make the install much easier. The horn itself is rather bulky, I recommend measuring under the vehicle and referencing the measurements on the product page to ensure it will fit where you want it to.

Can you add more tanks to increase honk time ?

You could use a separate 2-gallon tank in conjunction with this tank to get a total of 4 gallons air volume. This would double your blast time, but will also increase the fill time.
