Matthew installed our Conductor’s Special 544K Train Horn Kit on his 2008 Ford Focus, giving it a deep, aggressive honk that catches everyone off guard. The Shocker XL horns are mounted behind the front bumper, and the 5-gallon tank with a single compressor is cleanly installed in the trunk, out of the way.

The HornAir 544K air system delivers strong performance with fast recovery, 10–12 seconds of honk time, and the ability inflate tires or run small air tools. Matthew also added a wireless remote, giving him full control from up to 100 yards away.

Train Horn FAQ

Yes. The kit includes Shocker XL Train Horns (4 bells), a 5-gallon 8-port air tank, HornBlasters 1NM air compressor, wireless remote, hoses and fittings, wiring, and all installation hardware.

With the 5-gallon air tank, you get approximately 10-12 seconds of continuous honk time. The compressor automatically restarts at 110 PSI and refills from 110 to 150 PSI in about 2 minutes for quick recovery, delivering strong performance with fast recovery times.

The kit includes the HornBlasters 1NM air compressor operating on 12-Volt DC with 25 Amps maximum draw, 1.75 CFM flow rate, and 100% duty cycle at 100 PSI. This heavy-duty compressor provides reliable, long-lasting performance for extended use.

The system operates at 150 PSI maximum working pressure and restarts at 110 PSI. Initial fill from 0 to 150 PSI takes approximately 6 minutes 45 seconds, while recovery from 110 to 150 PSI takes about 2 minutes, providing fast recovery for frequent use.
