A WORD FROM THE OWNER
I installed this system, the Bandit 400, on April 7th, 2009. The complete install took me about 6 hours because I custom made the bracket in the bed of the truck to keep the compressor unit level while the tank was mounted at an angle to be different. My truck is a 2007 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab with a 4.8 V8 and a Flowmaster Exhaust that I installed myself as well. I'm a volunteer firefighter so I have installed amber emergency lights at the top of the windshield in the cab as well as strobes in the marker lights. I'll be using the Bandit when I'm haulin' to the station to make a fire call!! I stood in front of the truck today and had my wife hit the horn. I knew it was coming, and I knew it would be loud, but let me tell ya, I JUMPED when she hit it! I didn't realize that it would be THAT loud! After two days of having the Bandit installed, my wife said "You've hit that damn thing 20 times since you put it in here!!" (and that's only the times she has been in the truck!!) I love this horn and someday I'll probably upgrade to one of your S4's or something comparable.
