The Viair Quarter Duty Onboard Air System is a compact, cost-efficient system that is great for load leveling, air lockers, and more importantly, powering HornBlasters air horns! This 25% duty cycle onboard air system will provide enough service time to operate for about 10 minutes of continued use every 30 minutes. Viair’s quick-fill 275C air compressor will fill their 2-gallon 6-port air tank from empty to full in only 2 minutes and 22 seconds and will recharge the tank automatically from 90-120 PSI in only 46 seconds!   

As a complete kit, the Viair quarter duty onboard air system includes all parts and hardware needed, including 20 feet of 1/4” Air Line, 90-120 PSI Pressure Switch, 40-Amp Relay, 1/4" NPT Drain Cock, 1/4" NPT Compression Fitting,145 PSI Safety Valve and 20 feet of 12-Gauge Wire.
