Our 5-gallon stainless steel 5 port air tank was designed to give you a clean, rust-free appearance for your onboard air system. If you live in a humid climate or just want to have some extra shine to go with your build, the 5-gallon air tank makes a great addition to your set-up. This air tank features 5 ports: Four 1/2" Ports to give you maximum airflow and one 1/4" at the bottom for your drain cock. With a working pressure of 150 PSI, this air tank is sturdy enough for most mobile pneumatic systems.
As an important safety precaution, a safety blow-off valve should be installed with any air system. A safety blow-off valve is designed to keep the system from over-pressurizing and to prevent damage to other components. It is suggested to use a safety blow-off valve with a PSI rating between 25-35 PSI higher than the maximum pressure of the pressure switch.
