The Conductor's Special 127H package (part number HK-S4-127H) includes the Shocker XL four-bell ABS horn, HornBlasters 127H air source unit with a 1.5-gallon 4-port tank, HornBlasters 2L compressor, 120 PSI pressure switch (restart at 90 PSI), wiring, relay, airline, and hardware. The compressor draws up to 18 amps, operates at a 25% duty cycle at 100 PSI, and fills the tank from 0 to 120 PSI in about 2 minutes 10 seconds (±10 seconds). Recovery from 90 to 120 PSI clocks in at roughly 35 seconds.
Pat mounted the Shocker XL bells up front for maximum projection while the 127H air source tucks along the frame rail, leaving the van’s interior free for gear.
