My previous compressor did not have isolators, so when I had to replace it I wanted something which would reduce steering wheel vibration and noise. Your isolators did the trick. While the new compressor is quieter than the first, the isolators made it so quiet I had to get out of the truck and listen to determine the copressor was actually running. I put my hand on the mounting point near the compressor and there was little to no vibration. AND more importantly, the isolators were EASY to install.
