Our Conductor's Special 228H train horn kit is the perfect solution for those who want the loudest train horn sound without sacrificing space and budget. Featuring our Shocker XL train horns, known for their extreme loudness and lightweight fiberglass ABS material, this kit is perfect for tight install spaces. The air source unit takes up just over a cubic foot of space, making it easy to install in tight spaces such as a trunk or toolbox.
The Shocker XL train horns are the loudest horns on the market, except for real locomotive horns, and produce the tone and intensity of a real train horn. Paired with our HornAir 228H air source unit with 2-gallon tank, you'll get about 4 seconds of blast time and with the included air compressor, the tank recovers in just 75 seconds. (Note: Tank-mounted air compressors are not fully sealed. For this reason, the manufacturer recommends the tank/compressor system be mounted in the upright position in an enclosed space away from moisture, dirt, debris, etc... Failure to mount this product as directed will void the warranty)
**Detaching the compressor from the tank will void your warranty on this kit. If you need a solution where the compressor is detached, please look at our 232 and higher models. **

United StatesInstalled this on a 2014 Honda Accord. It’s great cause no one expects a horn like this on that kind of car. Many have honked at me and I’ve blown my horn back and changed their attitudes. Lol
United StatesThese are an awesome set and definitely bang for your buck! It did take me a little while to install, but I also had no idea what I was doing and was starting from scratch for knowledge. The instructions were super easy to understand, and are in color! Over all super happy and love them!
