The standard tank for all of our 5-gallon kits, our 5-gallon 8 port air tank is perfect for any onboard air applications such as adjusting tire pressure, load leveling, supporting a Jake Brake and so much more!
Made in the USA with the highest level of quality control, our 5-gallon air tank meets all SAE J10 & FMVSS 121 specifications. This durable tank is rated for a max of 150 PSI and burst rated for up to 300 PSI, meeting all DOT requirements. The seven 1/2“ ports and one 3/4“ port provide maximum airflow, which is great at preventing bottleneck issues found in other tanks. The high flow ports make any onboard air applications work more effectively and are mandatory for the massive locomotive train horns that demand a lot of air, such as the Nathan AirChime or Leslie train horns.
The ports are positioned for convenience and ease of installation with 4 ports across the side, 1 on each end, 1 on top, and then 1 on the bottom. This makes it very easy to install a drain cock and safety blow-off valve even if you mount the tank upside down or sideways. This tank is powder-coated black and the inside is coated with a rust inhibitor to help protect your investment. Simply put, this is one of the highest quality 5-gallon air tanks you can buy.
As an important safety precaution, a safety blow-off valve should be installed with any air system. A safety blow-off valve is designed to keep the system from over-pressurizing and to prevent damage to other components. It is suggested to use a safety blow-off valve with a PSI rating between 25-35 PSI higher than the maximum pressure of the pressure switch.
For example, 150 PSI systems require a 175 PSI safety blowoff and 120 PSI systems require a 150 PSI safety blowoff.

My overall experience with using this item is good. However, the service support was even better. My new go to for air horn parts.
I bought 2 of these tanks to hook lab equipment to. Using these tanks has guaranteed that we will not have air-line starvation issues when multiple devices are running. I shopped for other air pigs... but this tank is 75% cheaper than some of the other options which have this many ports.
I was running two 2 gallon tanks but wanted a larger tank for my horns. Love this tank and it's plenty big enough.
Perfect for the horns and my air bag system!
Featuring a full gallon more than a 4 gallon air tank, this gem is the centerpiece of my pneumatic system. Whether it's blasting a horn, inflating a flamingo, or blasting a horn, this tank always delivers. Will likely become a cherished family heirloom, to be passed down through the ages.
